Human Training for Canine Learning

All dogs and their human companions, must acquire skills to develop and maintain an engaging, workable, rewarding and enjoyable relationship. In the view of VonBIOS, being an owner/handler of working line German Shepherd Dogs, whether as a companion (family pet) or working dog (dogsport, agility, farming, human assistance, tracking, scent detection, protection, etc.), takes on the responsibility of learning (teaching), training and proofing in firstlyObedience Training, to form a basis for taking on any of the aforementioned skills or more.

There is a plethora of Dog Trainers and Canine Behavourists in the market place. As with all commercial or not-for-profit service providers and organisations, the quality and net benefit results can vary greatly. The different training methods and training tools advocated and employed by such Trainers/Behavourists can have a significant effect on the outcome of training a dog and equally, their human handler.
